What Is JRLC?

At JRLC, college & leadership development happen simultaneously in the exciting environment of James River Assembly. We offer a 61 credit hour, Associate of Arts, degree in Leadership through our partnership with Evangel University. What sets us apart from other colleges & universities is that we are able to provide our students with hands-on leadership experience while they work with & learn from the leaders at James River. At JRLC, it is our desire to infuse students with the heart of the local church & provide them with an unparalleled academic & leadership development experience.

How JRLC Works

Leadership Degree

JRLC strives to provide each student with a quality education. To view a comprehensive course list please see our academic program. Upon completion of the JRLC program, students will receive an Associate of Arts degree in Leadership from Evangel University. All classes take place at the James River Campus. The leadership degree is a total of 61 credit hours.

Leadership Development

At James River Assembly, God has blessed us with an exciting environment for growing leaders. JRLC students have the opportunity to learn from inspiring leaders from around the world as well as develop their leadership abilities by participating on teams and leading teams.

Leadership Experience
